1. What this service is

Trend Rider Signals publishes information produced by automated, rule-based trading strategies: which crypto-asset peso pairs on Coins.ph meet the strategies' rules, with reference prices, stop-loss levels and exit plans. It is provided for information and education only.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on this site or in our alerts is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. We don't know your finances or goals. You decide whether to act on any signal, and you're solely responsible for your trades.

3. Risk warning

Crypto-assets are highly volatile. You can lose some or all of the money you trade.
Past performance, including our track record and back-tests, does not guarantee future results.
Your results will differ from ours because of timing, fees, spreads, slippage and position size.
Stop-losses are not guaranteed; prices can gap past them.
Only trade money you can afford to lose.

Unverified coins (opt-in)

Members may choose to receive experimental signals for coins outside Trend Rider's tested list. These coins have limited or weak back-test history, can be extremely volatile (including meme coins), and may have low trading volume and wide spreads on Philippine exchanges. By turning them on you confirm that you understand these extra risks and accept full responsibility for any trade and any loss. Unverified signals are excluded from our published track record.

4. What we don't do

We never hold, manage or move your money or crypto, never ask for your exchange login, passwords or API keys, and never place trades on your behalf. We are not a broker, exchange or crypto-asset service provider. Anyone claiming otherwise in our name is not us.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Plans give access for a fixed period (30 or 90 days) and do not auto-renew. Payments are processed by PayMongo; we don't see or store your card or e-wallet details. Because access starts immediately, payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or if we fail to provide the service. New members may receive a free trial at our discretion.

6. Accuracy and availability

We aim to publish signals promptly and accurately, but alerts can be delayed or missed (for example, if Telegram or Coins.ph is unavailable). We may change, pause or stop strategies or the service at any time.

7. Your account

Keep your email account secure; anyone with access to it can sign in. Don't share or resell signals. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

8. Privacy

We store your email, your Telegram chat ID (if you connect it) and your payment records, only to run the service. We don't sell your data. Ask us anytime to delete your account.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any trading losses or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 90 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
